Strict Exchange Policy (24 Hours)
What is your exchange and refund policy?

We offer a strict 24-hour exchange window from the date of delivery, applicable only for manufacturing defects or incorrect sizing (if correct size is available).

We enforce a strict NO REFUND policy after 24 hours. All sales are final after this period. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.


To start an exchange, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, providing your order number and photo proof of the defect/issue. Visit our contact page to initiate the process.


Yes, personalized or custom-made products, along with any item showing signs of wear after the initial 24 hours, are non-exchangeable. Please check the product description for details.
