What payment methods can I use?

Hakimi Bangles accepts secure online payments via Razorpay, including Debit Cards, Credit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular wallet services supported by Razorpay.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on selected orders and locations.

How are charges applied during checkout?

The total payable amount includes product price, applicable taxes, and shipping charges (if any). All charges are clearly displayed on the checkout page before payment confirmation.

Can I change my payment details after placing an order?

Once an order is placed and payment is processed, payment details cannot be changed. If payment fails, you may retry using a different payment method.

What should I do if my payment fails?

If a payment fails, please wait a few minutes and try again. Failed transactions are usually caused by network issues, insufficient balance, or incorrect payment details.

If the amount is debited but the order is not confirmed, the amount is automatically refunded by Razorpay within 5–7 working days.

Are there any additional charges for payment?

Hakimi Bangles does not charge any extra fee for online payments. Any applicable charges shown are part of Razorpay’s payment processing or banking regulations.

How will refunds be processed?

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at checkout via Razorpay.

Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Are my payment details secure?

Yes. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, which follows PCI-DSS compliant security standards.

Hakimi Bangles does not store your card or banking details on its servers.

Can I save my payment details for future purchases?

Razorpay may offer secure payment options like saved UPI or cards, subject to your consent and bank policies. Hakimi Bangles does not directly store payment information.

What should I do if I notice an unauthorized transaction?

If you notice any unauthorized transaction, contact our support team immediately. We recommend also informing your bank or payment provider for quick resolution.

Do you charge late fees?

No. Hakimi Bangles does not charge any late fees. All payments must be completed at the time of placing the order.
