Return requests raised after 24 hours from the time of delivery will not be accepted. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt to ensure eligibility.
To initiate a return, contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery via email or phone. Provide your order number, product details, and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive further instructions. The product must be returned in unused condition, with original packaging and tags intact. After inspection, an appropriate resolution will be provided as per our policy.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Products damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling.
Items returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories.
Requests raised after the 24-hour return window.
Hakimi Bangles reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the above conditions.
